Spearmint Tea Description:
It refreshes senses with the cool, mildly sweet and minty flavor of spearmint gives a soothing herbal infusion, made from naturally aromatic spearmint leaves. It is filled with anti-oxidants and vital nutrients. Its natural menthol aroma uplifts the mood, clears the mind and promotes overall well-being.

1. Boil one cup of water
2. Remonve it from heat and add 1 tbsp (2g) of spearmint tea
3. Cover it for 5-10 minutes
4. Then strain and enjoy warm or iced
Sweeten with honey or add lemon, if desired.
